Russie Moscow Vladimir Vologda Aeronautisme Vol en Ballon Lot de Photos Anciennes 1914
Lot of 22 vintage anonymous photographs, one flight altitude print out and 2 pieces of papers written by Gilbert about the flight with passenger names.
I'm not quite sure if the photos are about 2 different flights or one flight that didn't turn out as planned. The flight was meant to be from Moscow to the Vladimir region but a small piece of paper says that they landed in the forest in Vologda region avec 14h in the air. It tooks them 9 and a half days to come back, 4 days without eating. The lady passenger seems to have been hurt at one eye.
2 photos show Robert Fulda, probably before the flight left.
These photos are from the archives of french aeronaut Charles Gilbert who lived in Moscow from around 1900 up to the fall of the Russian Empire.
